I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with a master’s degree and am eager to delve into the world of practice to provide people with more well-rounded lifestyles. I intend to do so with a holistic approach – looking at mind, body, and spirit. During my years at the ESO, I trained as a sports masseuse with 4 years of experience in massage parlours, osteopathic clinics, and chiropractic clinics. I am also grateful for the opportunities I had to study further into paediatric osteopathy, headaches, and chronic pain.

As I believe no one body is the same, treatments follow the same pattern – being tailored to the individual, therefore I practice visceral, cranial, and structural Osteopathic techniques.

My aim is to empower patients into living the lives they truly want for themselves with some guidance and support on how to get there. I can provide appointments in both English and Hindi.

I specifically have a passion for autoimmune conditions, gut health and natural medicine and am excited to progress my knowledge further into these areas and more.

In my spare time I enjoy playing badminton, Pilates, and researching random tidbits of knowledge.
