I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in 2017 from Northampton University, but my journey into understanding the human body began long before that. For the past 20 years, I’ve been dedicated to learning and applying advanced techniques to help people achieve lasting pain relief and optimal performance. Through a combination of formal education and specialized courses, I’ve earned numerous diplomas in Sports Massage, Bowen Therapy, Strength and Conditioning, Sports Nutrition, Running Biomechanics, and Advanced Electroacupuncture. This diverse skill set enables me to assess and treat clients holistically, addressing not only the symptoms of pain but also the root causes.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside a wide range of professionals, including podiatrists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and doctors, allowing me to integrate a multidisciplinary approach to healing. I focus on restoring balance to the body, taking into account posture, movement patterns, and muscle imbalances. Once pain is alleviated, I guide clients through a process of strengthening and reconditioning, helping them to maintain long-term health and prevent recurrence.

In my personal life, I live an active lifestyle alongside my husband, training for and competing in endurance events. I’ve completed several Ironman competitions, full and half marathons, and have qualified for international and world championship races in both road and gravel cycling across Europe. As an ex-show-jumper, I still enjoy spending time outdoors with our animals, especially our two beloved black Labradors, Holly and Arthur.

Whether you’re looking for relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or seeking to improve your performance, I offer a comprehensive approach tailored to your individual needs.
