Since the first time that I treated someone, I have been able to see first-hand the benefits Sport Therapy Treatment can provide. If you’re dealing with an injury, heavy training period or just simply experiencing back pain from long periods of sitting in front of a computer at work, I can help.
My interest in Sport therapy came from a young age as my injury prone nature had me seeing therapists regularly, most recently had knee surgery for a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and meniscal tear. Most of my physical activity is based around my passion for rugby which I play for my local club on a Saturday afternoon. As well as this I enjoy cricket, football and weight training.
Since Qualifying with a BSC (HONS) in Sport and Exercise Therapy in 2014 I have worked with different professionals such as Chiropractors, Osteopaths and Strength and conditioning coaches to further expand my knowledge. I am regularly taking part in professional development courses to provide you with the best up to date treatment, these courses include;
- Level 2 Certificate in fitness instructing (QCF)
- Dry Needling & Medical Acupuncture Qualification
- Spinal Mobilisation Qualification
- Myofascial Cupping Qualification
With my Hands-on Therapy approach, combined with an advanced knowledge of exercise prescription I will be able to provide you with the best available treatment to get you back to full fitness.
